We know that with so many different ways to get involved with the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games right here in the West Midlands, it can be a bit daunting to take that first step. However its a whole lot easier to do that once you hear from other people about how much they enjoyed taking part in a London 2012 inspired programme or activity and what they got out of it.
So here you go, this page is full of stories and recounts from people across the region who have had their own Olympic or Paralympic experience and now have an inspirational story to tell. A few of them are athletes who hope to compete at London 2012, but the vast majority are everyday people from across the region who were inspired to get involved and do something different.
